ShipFast-ASP.NET Blazor is built with ASP.NET Core 8 Blazor, you probably have these tools already; just in case you don't, here are the link to download required tools if you don't have yet

• Dotnet SDK 8.0.2
• Visual Studio Code
• C# Dev Kit: extension for developing C#/ASP.NET Core in VS Code
• Entity Framework Core tool: for database migration
